Your order has left the warehouse. Need to change your delivery address?
If your order has left the warehouse with an incorrect delivery address, you’ll need to set up a temporary redirect for that delivery with Australia Post directly.
Locate your Australia Post tracking number (it will be in your account or within your shipping notification email), and open this link and enter the tracking number
Once the delivery displays on the screen, simply follow the steps to redirect the delivery.
