My Opt-Out didn't work
Sorry to see your Opt Out didn't work.
The Double Up, Add In and Opt Out buttons are only available between the first Friday of the month, and midnight that Sunday. They will show at the top of your account page when you log in during this time each month. We’ll send through an email on the Friday morning of each month to remind you.
When making an Opt Out, once successfully lodged you'll see the switch will have turned green and indicate 'Yes', and the number of bottles in your order will be reflected in the 'My delivery box' above. You’ll also receive a confirmation email confirming ‘You’ve Opted out of this month’s whisky’.
