I missed the delivery, what happens now?
Our deliveries require a signature on delivery so (unless you've indicated an 'Authority to Leave' through your Australia Post account) if nobody was home to sign for it the postie will have taken it to your nearest Post Office for collection.
They should have left a delivery card, but sometimes this doesn’t happen, or they blow away in the wind. Your tracking will indicate if it has been taken to the post office, and if you swing by with some photo ID and your tracking number, you'll be able to collect it. Your tracking number can be found in your delivery email or within your account.
Please note that the Post Office will return all missed deliveries to the sender after a minimum of 5 business days. If they've already sent it back to us, just let us know.
You can add any delivery notes in the 'Address Book' section of your account.
