How do I get my tracking details?
You can conveniently track your order within 'My Orders' in your account and once your order has shipped you'll receive a shipping notification from us containing your tracking details via email.
You're also able to track your delivery on the Australia Post website, app, or third party tracking apps by entering your tracking number. If your account details match your MyPost account you should also receive notifications from Australia Post about your delivery, and be able to manage the delivery in transit.
