Sorry to see your Double Up didn't work. When making a Double Up Request, once successfully lodged the switch will turn green and say YES, and the number of bottles in your order will be reflated in the MY DELIVERY BOX above. Please contact us and we'll do our best to get you another bottle, stock permitting.
Double Up Requests are allocated according to our Terms and Conditions, on a first come, first served basis.
