My Double-Up didn’t work
Sorry to see your Double Up didn't work.
When making a Double Up Request, once successfully lodged the switch will turn green and say 'Yes', and the number of bottles in your order will be reflected in the 'My Delivery Box' at the top of the page.
Double Up requests are allocated according to our Terms and Conditions, on a first come, first served basis.
Please send us a message and we'll do our best to get you another bottle, stock permitting.
