How do Double-Ups work?

Want to grab an extra bottle of our Whisky of the Month?

No problem! Double Up requests can be made from the first Friday of the month (midnight Thursday) until midnight that Sunday. Simply log into your account and hit the 'Double Up' button. The switch will turn green and the number of bottles in your order will be reflected in the 'Delivery Box' above.

If you're on a One Bottle Subscription, your order will be increased to two bottles. If you're on a Two Bottle Subscription, you're down for four.

Need more? You're in control, choose how many bottles you want by clicking the  'Need More' button right below Double Up. You'll also receive a confirmation email of all order updates.

If you change your mind, just turn the switch back to the 'No' position or edit the quantity in the 'Need More' screen before midnight Sunday.

The Double Up control only affects the Whisky of the Month bottle, not any Add-Ins. Please note that Double Up requests are not guaranteed and are allocated according to our Terms and Conditions. Only Members on a Two Bottle Membership always have their second bottle guaranteed.
