My payment was declined
No problem, either:
1) Ensure that sufficient funds are available, then log into your Account and click the "Try my card again" link in the Payment Declined notification.
2) To update your card, log into your Account and click through to Payment Methods. Here you can see the details of your current cards, and have the option to add or remove cards including PayPal, and nominate a primary payment method.
Your new card or PayPal account will be debited when you add it.
Please note that if your existing card has declined a transaction during the Whisky of the Month payment period (the six working days from the Monday after first Friday of the month), when you add another card, a charge will be attempted instantly. Need a hand? Get in touch.
