How do I add a temporary or holiday address?
If you're headed away for a while and would like to redirect your deliveries (within Australia), you can do so via the Holiday Address function in your Address Book.
Simply visit your Account and click through to the Address Book. Click the "Add Address" link and enter the address. Then click the "Set Holiday Address" button to select your holiday address, and the dates that you'll be at that location. Remember, the parcel will be delivered to this address, and won't be redirected to your home address if the delivery takes place outside of the given date range.
If there's a chance it might not arrive before you leave, please use your primary shipping address and it will go to your local post office for collection if you're not there to receive it. Remember to update this setting if your travel dates change. We recommend this function is only used if you're away for an extended period of time, don't take a chance if you're only going away for a week or two! Please get in touch if you need any help.
