Why have I been charged for four bottles?

If you've been charged for four bottles, you've likely got a Two Bottle Subscription and have requested to Double Up.

We have two subscription options with the Club:

One Bottle Subscription - one bottle per month ongoing as your standing order

Two Bottle Subscription - two bottles per month ongoing as your standing order

Then, on a per month basis, you can:

Double Up - doubles your standing order to two or four bottles depending on your subscription.

Opt Out - no whisky for that month.

Member Double-Up and Opt-out actions apply to one particular month only and revert back to your standard Membership for the next month. To confirm which Subscription you're on, visit your account, go to 'Account Details' and your Membership will be shown under the 'My Subscription' section.
