Having trouble logging in?

To access your account, click 'Log In' on the top right of the site.

Enter your email address as your username and your password and select 'Log In'.

If you’re unable to log in, please reset your password by clicking 'Forgotten your password'.

Within this screen you'll need to enter your email again and click 'Reset My Password'.

An email will be sent to you within a couple of minutes containing the reset password link.  If you don't see the email, please be sure to check for it in your junk, spam, updates or promotions folders.

Click the 'Set a new password' link in the email. This will open a new browser tab with a screen where you can enter your new password (you'll need to enter it twice and ensure it contains lower and uppercase letters with at least one number and symbol*), hit 'Set your new password', and you're done!

If you are still having trouble logging in after confirming your login details are correct, please reset your browser cache, or try a different browser or device.

Also please check you're not behind a firewall that may prevent access to our website, which may be the case in some workplaces.

* a symbol to use in your password could be $ % ^ & * £ !  eg. "Club@1994' or "JezRulz^8'
