I missed the delivery, what happens now?
Our deliveries don't require a signature on delivery as there is an automatic 'Authority to Leave' on all Whisky Club orders.
However, if you've requested for us to manually remove the 'Authority to Leave' on your Club account, the postie will have taken it to your local post office for collection if nobody was home to sign for it. In this case, you'll need to collect your parcel from your LPO.
Please note that the post office will return all missed deliveries to the sender after a minimum of 5 business days. If they've already sent it back to us, just let us know.
You can add any delivery notes in the 'Address Book' section of your account.
