How do I get my tracking details?
You can conveniently track your order within 'My Orders' in your account and once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping notification from us containing your tracking details via email.
You're also able to track your delivery on the courier's website, app, or third-party tracking apps by entering your tracking number. If your parcel has left with Australia Post and your account details match your MyPost account then you should also receive notifications from AusPost about your delivery, and be able to manage the delivery in transit.
