Can I pause my account?

Need to take a break for a little while? Not a problem, just log into your account and click 'Account Details' on the left. At the bottom of the page you’ll see 'Edit Account Settings'.

From here you can set your Membership on a temporary Three Month Pause. Confirm you want to pause, and your reactivation date will be shown. When you head back to your Whisky Club Account page, your 'Pause' status will be shown at the top of the page, along with your pause end date and a 'Resume' button to end the pause.

You’ll still get the emails during this time, and if you see a whisky you would like, just reactivate your account at any time before we process the monthly orders by clicking 'Resume'.
