My payment was declined
If your payment was declined, please follow the below steps.
Firstly, ensure that sufficient funds are available, then log into your 'Account' and click the 'Try My Card Again' link in the Payment Declined notification.
If you need to update the card, log into your 'Account' and click through to 'Payment Methods'. Here you can see the details of your current cards, and have the option to add or remove cards or a PayPal account, and nominate a primary payment method.
To Add a new card, click 'Add Card' and enter the details and select 'Save'.
To add a Paypal account, click 'Add New' underneath 'Alternative Payment Methods'. This will redirect you to your PayPal log in.
Once you have added a new card or PayPal, select 'Set Primary Payment Method' and ensure that the correct account is selected from the Dropdown menu.
If your existing card has declined a transaction for your monthly delivery, when you add another card the six working days following Whisky Weekend a charge will be attempted instantly unless the whisky is sold out.
If you’re updating your card in the week after the Whisky Weekend, following a declined transaction, your new card or PayPal account will be debited when you add it, unless the whisky has already sold out.
